In short: Odds Tracker doesn't ask for your name, email or any other personal information, and we don't collect or sell personal data.

This policy explains what information the Odds Tracker Android app ("the app", "we", "us") handles when you use it. Odds Tracker is a tracker for viewing racing odds. It is not a betting app and does not take payments or place bets.

1. What we collect

We keep data collection to a minimum. We don't require an account, and the app doesn't ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts or precise location.

  • Personal information: none. We do not collect, store or sell personal information.
  • Settings on your device: choices you make in the app, such as the courses you follow and your alert preferences, are stored on your device. They aren't sent to us.
  • Connection data: to show you odds, the app connects to the internet. As with any internet connection, standard technical details such as your IP address are visible to the servers that deliver the data. We don't use these details to identify you.
  • Notifications: if you turn on big-move alerts, the app uses your device's push notification service to deliver them. Any identifier used for this exists only to deliver alerts and isn't linked to your identity.

2. How data is used

The limited technical data described above is used only to:

  • show you odds and race information in the app;
  • deliver the alerts you turn on;
  • remember your settings between sessions; and
  • keep the app running reliably.

We do not use data from the app for advertising, profiling or sale to anyone.

3. Third parties

Odds data shown in the app comes from third-party sources, and your device's operating system and push notification service help deliver alerts. These services operate under their own privacy policies. If you download the app through the Google Play Store, Google's terms and privacy policy apply to that download.

We do not sell, rent or share personal information with third parties, because we don't collect it.

4. Storage and security

Your app settings stay on your device. Uninstalling the app removes them. Because we hold no personal information about you, there is nothing for us to delete, export or correct on request.

5. Children's privacy

Odds Tracker is intended for people aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has used the app, please contact us and we will look into it.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Please check back occasionally.
